First, check whether the amount has been deducted from your bank account. If it has but does not appear in your 1bat account after 30 minutes, contact customer support and provide transaction reference number, date and time, and the deposit amount. The 1bat platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the primary currency. For deposits in foreign currencies, the current exchange rate will be applied automatically. If you use crypto such as USDT or BTC, the system will convert the current value to MYR based on the market rate at the time the transaction is made.
