1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 1bat ("Platform", "us", "Company"). These terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 1bat.

9 Account Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 1bat customer support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance after account closure may not be recoverable after 90 days.

9.2 Termination by 1bat

1bat reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if:

• Users who violate any provision of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity detected in the account
• Identity verification documents were not submitted within the specified timeframe
• Users found to be under the required age
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account termination

9.3 Balance After Termination

If an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 1bat reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance until the investigation is complete. Confirmed legitimate balances will be returned within 30 business days upon conclusion of the investigation.

10 Liability Limit

Platform 1bat provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1bat shall not be liable for:
